the pace of modern life is exhausting

there is always another notification, another responsibility, another thing asking for your attention. we move from one task to the next, one week to the next, one season to the next. before we know it, time feels like a blur.

somewhere beneath the busyness, there is a quiet feeling that you've lost touch with something. maybe it's yourself. maybe it's your sense of wonder. maybe it's the ability to be fully present in the moments that matter most.

you can't always name it. you just know you miss it.

you're longing for a deeper breath. a slower rhythm. more connection to those you love. more connection with yourself.

and maybe that's why you're here. part of you knows there is another way to move through life — one that feels softer, more intentional, and more present.

what others have felt

i listened to this meditation a few times last week, i'm in week 40. i fell asleep halfway each time — which was also lovely. tonight was the first time i managed to stay awake throughout. the second half is absolutely beautiful. i could really lean into it, connect to my baby and my body, really relax and trust in the process. and during the ending, i could barely believe it, i got my first contraction. thank you 🙏 update: about 20 hours later our baby boy was born in the peace and comfort of our own home 😊

i absolutely loved this experience. it was a great activity to do with my long time best friends, and i feel it allowed us to slow down together in a way that is not always possible in our busy lives. pulling cards felt natural, and never forced. kenna's presence, conversation, and energy work are the real magic of the session, and i look forward to attending again!

this is my 2nd ceremony with kenna, and it was even better than the first. i felt very called to my cards, to the meditation, and her energy work pulled exactly where i needed it to. she never ceases to amaze me with this work. highly recommend sitting in ceremony with kenna!

kenna provides such an excellent cacao ceremony experience. from the before-you-arrive information to the closing remarks, she creates a safe space for one to flow through the ceremony. each time i attend i leave feeling immensely grateful. i cannot recommend a ceremony with kenna more!

may this space remind you to come home to yourself.
